I appreciate the meticulous detail that goes into each device they build, the way it is constructed at the factory and tested prior to shipping but most of all the support you receive when CP is contacted about technical advice when questions arise in the field. |

Overall the product is great and working with CP is wonderful. Right now, lead times are way too long and tariff surcharges put on orders placed over a year ago are not fair to customers that can’t get these charges reimbursed by clients. |

One co-worker has installed C/P and other manufacturer’s switches. He said that C/P is so much easier to install and they work so much better. An engineer talked about how easy it is to work with C/P to order the proper switches. |
